The 45K Vape category developed along several different paths rather than being defined by one dominant product format. At this stage of the Big Puff market, brands were no longer satisfied with offering only a larger reservoir and a higher advertised puff count. The category began to include dual-flavour devices, high-vapour DTL products and newer refillable systems, making 45K one of the more varied capacity segments.

A prominent example is the Bang Leader 45K, which continued Bang’s development of 2-in-1 vaping. The device combines two separate flavours in one body and uses a smart screen to display operating information. This positioned the 45K model as a direct extension of the dual-flavour trend that Bang had already promoted in earlier high-puff categories.
